Hello

It's December 31, 2012 - New Years Eve. Tomorrow marks the start of a new year and I have some plans. Not resolutions, necessarily, more like aspirations. I aspire to get into shape - finally losing the "baby weight" that has haunted me since my almost 21 year old daughter was born. I'm inspired by some women that I work with who manage to fit so much more exercise into their lives than I ever seem to be able to. Motivation is the key, I know. So, I aspire to be more motivated this year - no longer coming home "too tired" to exercise after work. Maybe even working in a few early morning workouts before leaving for work. I will keep a running tally of how I'm doing on this blog - marking the miles as I go. Wish me luck - and Happy New Year!
